Bulkley Valley Healthy Communities Committee & The Determinants of Health - The Bulkley Valley Health Communities Committee (BVHCC) is part of a national and global network of organizations committed to achieving health for all citizens. The local committee has been active since the late 1980's, with the support of the Town of Smithers. BVHCC functions withthe following key principles in mind:
